                                        Heard on the question of admission and on IA No.1612/2022 which is an
                                application for stay.
                                        Appeal is admitted for final hearing.
                                        Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within 10 working days

by RAD, failing which this appeal shall stands dismissed automatically without

further reference to the Bench.

Subject to hearing the other-side, the execution of impugned judgment and decree passed by trial Court in so far as it directs for delivery of possession shall remain stayed subject to compliance of money part of the decree by appellants within a period of four weeks.

Record of trial Court be called for. List IA No.1612/2022 for further consideration immediately upon service of notice on the respondents.
