passed by learned First Upper District Judge, Satna in Civil appeal No. 01-A/2016 and judgment and decree dated 30.08.2014 passed by learned First Civil Judge Class-I, Satna in Civil Suit No. 54-A/2012 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
