           Heard on admission as well as interim relief.
           Issue notices to the respondents on payment of process fee by Registered

A.D. as well as Ordinary modes within three working days. Notice be made returnable within four weeks.

It has been argued on behalf of the petitioner that on the ground of wrong

pay fixation amount of Rs.4,68,981/- is proposed to be recovered from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of State of Punjab v. Rafiq Masih : (2015) 4 SCC 334 and on the basis of which she prays for interim relief in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, no recovery shall be made from the petitioner till the next date of hearing.
