Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today he is filling reply to the application for modification of stay order and prays for some time to file rejoinder.
The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that a huge amount has to be recovered from the petitioner and the matter
is covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not seek any adjournment on the next date of hearing.
As a last opportunity, list the matter on 24.03.2022. IR to continue till the next date of hearing.
