This matter has been listed today for orders on office PUD. It is has been mentioned therein that the applicant/accused has already died. Therefore, this revision has rendered infructuous.

Even otherwise, from perusal of the impugned judgment, it is apparent that the Courts below have properly appreciated the oral and documentary evidence and this Court does not find any illegality or perversity of approach in the same.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
