Learned counsel for the applicant submits that she has already complied with the default pointed out by the office and also submitted details as per Clause - 3 of the VC. Guidelines.
Further heard on I.A. No. 1732/22 which is an application u/S 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.
As per office report, appeal is barred by 72 days. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after obtaining the copy of impugned judgment, delay occurred in taking necessary approvals and permissions from the concerned departments for filing of appeal. Delay was unintentional. An affidavit has also been filed in support of the aforesaid application. Hence, delay caused in preferring the present appeal may be condoned.
After due consideration, reasons mentioned in the application appears to be bonafide. hence, application is allowed. Delay in filing the present appeal is
hereby condoned.
