Vide order dated 26-04-2022, the State counsel was directed to examine the judgment on which the reliance has been placed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and accordingly, the matter was posted for today. However, the State counsel prays for some more time.

Counsel for the petitioner has opposed the prayer. As a last indulgence, ten days time is granted to the counsel for the State to examine the judgment and to file response in terms of order dated 26-04- 2022.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted to the learned counsel for the respondents.
