Mr. Siddharth Gulatee, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.
Learned counsel for appellant prays for time to file reply to I.A. No.415/2022.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that till next date of
hearing interim protection may be granted in favour of the appellant.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of interim relief and submits that application for dismissal of appeal filed by him may be decided at the earliest. Therefore, he submits that a date may be fixed for consideration of the aforesaid application. However, learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that till next date of hearing respondents 1 and 2 will not proceed for execution of the impugned judgment and decree.
