Heard on I.A. No.2480/2020, which is Sixth application under Section 389 (1) of the Cr.P.C. seeking temporary suspension of jail sentence filed on behalf of the appellant No.1- Ibrahim.

The present appeal has been filed against judgment dated 30.09.2015 in S.T. No.220/2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Khategaon, District Dewas, M.P. whereby appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment with fine of Rs.5,000/- with default stipulation.

The appellant has filed this application on the ground of marriage of his younger brother, the marriage has already been held, therefore, I.A. No.2480/2020 is rendered infructuous.
