Mr. Jitendra Arya, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Mr. Aditya Khandekar, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State-

on advance copy.

Heard on the question of admission . The petitioner before this Court is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to grant her regular pay scale from the date of her initial

appointment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 18.12.2006 passed in W.A. No. 346/2008 (Smt. Usha Ranawat V.s State of M.P. and others).

Learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State has opposed the prayer made in the petition.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents/ judgments before the concerned respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt

of certified copy of this order. In turn, the said respondent shall decide the same in accordance with law and keeping in view the order dated 18.12.2006 passed in W.A. No. 346/2008 (Smt. Usha Ranawat V.s State of M.P. and others) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three months.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
