                            Appellant has filed this appeal against the award dated 26.8.2021
                      passed in MCC No. 1267/2018 by XXIV Additional Motor Accidents Claims
                      Tribunal, Bhopal.
                            Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that exorbitant amount

                      has been awarded to the claimants contrary to the judgment passed by Apex
                      Court in case of National Insurance Company Limited Vs. Pranav Sethi-
                      (2017) 16 SCC 680. It is further submitted by her that FIR does not disclose
                      the registration number of the vehicle and later on said registration number
                      has been disclosed, therefore, award may not have been passed.
                            Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within

seven days.

Registry is directed to call for the record of the Claims Tribunal, Bhopal.

Till the next date of hearing, award dated 26.8.2021 shall remain stayed on deposit of 50 % of the award amount. If 50% of the award amount is deposited, same may not be disbursed to the claimants without permission of the Court.
