By way of I.A. No.1053/2022 filed by the contemnor/respondent No.3, it is prayed that six weeks' time may be granted to him to comply with the order.
The matter is pending for compliance of the order passed in the year 2020. The issue in this regard has already been settled by a number of judgments by
different Courts that a contractual employee is also entitled to the Child Care Leave.
Considering that enough time has already been granted to the contemnor to comply with the aforesaid order, as a last opportunity, seven days' time is granted to the contemnor/respondent No.3 to comply with the order. In case if it is not complied with within a period of seven days, the contemnor/respondent No.3 shall remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing.
