                                           This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the
                                     following:
                                                                           ORDER

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to challenge the judgment and decree by filing an appropriate appeal before the concerning Court.

It is submitted that the a liberty may be granted to him. Petitioner is always at liberty to file an appeal before the concerning Court. Limitation period will be decided by the concerning Court itself.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
