Trial Court record has been received but notice has not been served upon the respondent No.2 therefore, no order can be passed on I.A. No.23142/2022 without service of notice upon respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the State is directed to get the notice served upon respondent No.2 positively before the next date.
Appellants have been convicted for commission of offence under Section 323/34, 506-II of IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act and have been sentenced to undergo RI. for 6-6 months. Learned trial Court after judgment of conviction and the order of Sentence has released the appellants on bail till 28.12.2022.
Suspension of execution of jail sentence as granted by the trial Court is extended till 19.01.2023.
