Heard on I.A. No. 6320/2022 seeking temporary suspension of sentence

filed on behalf of appellant- Trilochan Kumar Shrivastava for attending the first death anniversary of his father is taken up which is scheduled on

06.05.2022.

The appellant has been convicted vide judgment dated 14.11.2014 passed in ST No.83/2014 by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Maihar, district- Satna for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (a) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo RI for 7, years, 10 years, and imprisonment for life, respectively and under Sections 5/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced to RI for life with fine of Rs.5,000/- (two counts) and Rs.30,000/- respectively with stipulated defaults.

In absence of any serious objection, we deem it proper to temporarily

suspend the jail sentence of appellant for a period of 07 days from the date of his release.

Consequently, the I.A. No. 6320/2022 is allowed. It is ordered that on

appellant's furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court, appellant-Trilochan Kumar Shrivastava shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 07 days. The appellant shall report

back to same prison on or before 07th day from the date of his release. The jail authority shall send the relevant information to the Registry of this Court about surrender of appellant.
