                                             the following:

On the last of hearing, libety was granted to the applicant to surrender before the trial Court in view of the Rule 48 of Chapter X of the HighCourt Rules, 2008 and the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Deepak Sahu & Others vs.State of M.P. reported in 2013(3) MPLJ

534. Hence, the petition is not maintainable because the petitioner has not surrendered from the trial Court even after liberty to surrender.

Hence, in view of the aforesaid, the revision petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
