It is the submission of learned counsel for the appellant that impugned judgment has been passed on 03.03.2022 and according to his information, respondent/former wife intends to remarry on 12.05.2022 which falls within the limitation period prescribed for filing appeal against the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. He intends to live with his former wife/respondent herein.
Till the next date of hearing, effect and operation of impugned judgment
dated 03.03.2022 in Case No. RCSHM/119/2021 passed by 2 n d District Judge, Dabra, District Gwalior shall remain stayed and respondent shall not undergo remarriage without leave of this Court.
List the case on 10.05.2022.
