This review petition has been filed against the order dated

15.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No.2243/2021 by which it

was directed that in case if the order of classification is intact, then the

petitioner would be entitled for the benefit of the judgment passed by

the Supreme Court in case of Ram Naresh Rawat Vs. Ashwini Ray,

reported in, 2017 (3) SCC 436, as her husband/ deceased employee

was classified as permanent employee in Water Resources

Department, Division Dabra, District Gwalior.

This review petition has been filed mainly on the ground that

subsequent to passing of this order, the petitioners have canceled the

classification order of the husband of respondent by order dated

27.09.2021 i.e. subsequent to the order passed by this Court in W.P.

No.2243/2021.

The Counsel for review petitioner seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw this petition.

It is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
