            Heard through hybrid system of physical/virtual hearing.
            Mr. Rajnish Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner.
            This criminal revision under Section 397/398 of Cr.P.C has been filed
against the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by Sessions Judge, Bhind in
Special Case No.1/2019, whereby the application under Section 311 of

CR.P.C was dismissed.
            It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Deshraj Singh
was cross-examined by counsel Mr. Lalji Arele and the certified copy of his
statement has been filed.
            Looking to the cross-examination of Deshraj Singh which are formal,
prayer of the petitioner appears to be acceptable.
            Issue notice to the respondent on payment of process fee by RAD as

well as ordinary mode within seven working days, returnable within four weeks.

In the meantime, trial Court is directed not to pronounce the judgment till the next date of hearing.
