Learned Government Advocate for the respondent/State in support of his argument, relied on the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Dr. Duryodhan Sahu and others vs. Jitendra Kumar Mishra and others (1998) 7 SCC 273.

The petition apparently has been filed for the benefit of the members of petitioner's association and the other two petitioners.

List this matter before the Single Bench after two weeks.
