Heard on I.A. No.24965/2021, which is an application for dispensing with certified copy of the impugned judgment.

It is submitted that against the very same impugned judgment another

appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.4384 of 2019 has been filed by the co- appellant in which the certified copy of the impugned judgment is available.

For the aforesaid reasons, the I.A. is allowed and necessity of filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment is dispensed with.

The appeal is reported to be barred by time. Counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks time for filing appropriate application in that regard.
