HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH MCRC No.3212/2021 Indore, Dated : 15.9.2021 Shri Prateek Jain, learned counsel for the applicant.

Shri Viraj Godha, learned PL for the non-applicant/State.

This is the 3rd bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

In this matter status report had been called. The same is available.

It has been mentioned therein that the accused statements have been recorded and the case was then fixed for defence evidence and final arguments.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is in jail since last 4 years, while other accused persons similarly placed have already been granted bail.

The proceedings of the trial Court are placed on record. It would be appropriate to issue a direction to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings and pronounce the judgment within a period of 45 working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court for compliance.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
