The petitioner has filed an application seeking disposal of the writ

petition in light of order passed in WP No.2174/2018(S) decided on 07.01.2020 whereby identical order of termination has been set aside by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. The copy of Judgment has been filed as document no.5103/2021 on 16.07.2020. The copy of all these orders have already been supplied to The A.G. office.

Shri Jaiswal submits that he has not having the copies of the order in the file provided to him.

This time the court is giving time to verify and from next time the Court will not consider such type of replies. It is for the Office of the

Advocate General to manage and keep the files updated. This amounts to adjourning a case without sufficient reason. Shri Jaiswal is directed to verify whether any writ appeal has been filed against the aforesaid order or the case of the petitioner is identical or not?
