I.A.No. 6403/2021 is an application for stay of the proceedings, is taken up.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his right of evidence is closed by the trial Court and he is challenging the impugned order dated 14/7/2021, therefore, proceedings of the trial Court be stayed till disposal of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the application.

In the interest of justice, it is ordered that the trial Court will not pass any final judgment till the next date of hearing.
