        Shri Nitin Phadke, learned counsel for the appellant.
        Heard on the question of admission.
        This appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following question/s of
law :

        "A. Whether the learned first appellate Court has erred in reversing
the judgment and decree passed by the learned trial Court despite
admission by respondent/defendant No.1 in his cross examination that he is

in possession over the acquired land situated between the suit land and the 4-lane highway?

B. Whether the learned first appellate Court has erred in dismissing the suit filed by the appellants/plaintiffs despite admission made by respondent/defendant No.1 that he had a dispute with the plaintiff on 13.7.2014 and threatened them for causing obstruction in their access to

the suit land from Indore-Ahmedabad Highway?"

On payment of P.F. within a week issue notice to the respondents along with substantial questions of law so framed returnable within four weeks.

On payment of P.F. within a week, also issue notice to the respondents of I.A. No.3417/2021 for stay returnable within four weeks.
