Gwalior in Criminal Revision No. 628/2015 thereby affirming the

order dated 7.12.2015 passed by JMFC, Gwalior in Complaint Case

No. 9837/2011 by which the application filed under Section 245 of

Cr.P.C was dismissed.

As per the status report, the final judgment has been passed

and the applicant has been convicted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
