Shri Shalabh Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for the
respondent / State.
Status report had been called for and the same shows that the
matter is now fixed for final arguments on 11/09/2021.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused
persons have been granted temporary bail and the present applicant
be also given the same benefit, till the conclusion of the trial.
Considered.
The prayer is not acceptable and therefore, the same stands
rejected. Trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial and pronounce
the judgment within a period of 30 working days from the date of
receipt of certified copy of this order.
Copy of this order be dispatched to the trial Court immediately.
With the aforesaid, bail application preferred under Section 439
of Cr.P.C. stands dispose of.
