question of maintainability of the instant appeal arising out of the judgment dated 23/03/2021 passed by the IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Dhar in Cr.A. no.148/2017 convicting the appellant under Section 34(1)(A)(2) of the M.P. Excise Act while reversing the judgment dated 28/07/2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhar in Criminal Case No.2290/2006.
