Learned counsel for the parties intend to settle the matter and therefore, they want to appear before the Principal Registrar of this Court for inking
down identity and intent. Counsel relied upon the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court in this regard to bring home the facts.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that due to long drawn proceedings and nature of the litigation to purge out his misdeeds, if any, and to address repentance, he intends to do some national/social service by way of depositing of Rs.25,000/- in favour of Army Central Welfare Fund having A/C No.520101236373338 of Union Bank of India, Branch Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006, IFSC Code UBIN0530778 within 15 days from today.
Appreciating the gesture, the parties are directed to appear before the Principal Registrar of this Court on 09.11.2021 and shall ink down identity and intent.
List alongwith report of Principal Registrar regarding verification of factum of compromise.
