This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of applicant, who is in jail since 21.07.2021 in connection with Crime No.25/2021, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, District - Bhopal

(M.P.), for the offences punishable under Section 420, 419, 201, 120-B of IPC & Section 66-C of I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that applicant was falsely implicated in the case. He is not accused in the case. It is further submitted that to show bona-fide, applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2 Lacs. In these circumstances, prayer is made to enlarge the applicant on bail.

Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State opposed the application for grant of bail and it is submitted by him that recovery of sim-card has been made from the possession of applicant, therefore, it is prayed that the

application may be dismissed.

Heard learned counsel for parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, bail application filed by applicant is allowed on condition that applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Only) before trial Court which shall be kept in the form of FDR. The amount deposited shall be subject to final judgment, which will be passed by trial Court.

Accordingly, it is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

In addition to aforesaid condition, the applicant shall abide by the Signature Not SAN Verified conditions enumerated under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
