The rival parties have moved a joint application for seeking divorce by mutual consent, but considering the fact that this appeal assails judgment and decree of divorce passed after adjudication, it may not be appropriate to

dwell upon the said application for seeking divorce by mutual consent.

Accordingly, the said I.A.No.8074/2021 for seeking divorce by mutual consent being infructuous is dismissed as such.

At this juncture, learned counsel for appellant-wife seeks and is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
