Counsel for the petitioner at the outset, submits that the present petition be disposed of directing the respondents to consider his case in the light of the order dated 4-8-2015 passed in W.P. No.12440/2015 [Chhotelal Patel

vs. State of M.P. and others]. It is further submitted that the present case is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Smt. Prerna w/o Shri Pramod Koranne vs. State of M.P. and others [W.P.No.6773/2006, dated 26-4-2007].

The said fact is not disputed by the counsel for the respondents. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority - the District Education Officer, Narsingpur to consider this case for claim of second krammonnati in the light of the order passed by this Court in the case of Smt. Prerna w/o Shri

Pramod Koranne vs. State of M.P. and others (supra) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

It is made clear, that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
