It appears from the calculation submitted by the Registry that this appeal has been filed within the prescribed limitation after getting the relaxation due to COVID-19, in the light of judgment dated 23.03.2020 passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay was not required.

Hence, the aforesaid I.A. is treated as disposed off. No further order is necessary.
