Appellant-respondent filed this second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2020 passed by II Additional District Judge, Link Court

Rampur Naikin District Sidhi, in regular Civil Appeal No. 50-A/2017, whereby learned II Additional District Judge partly allowed the appeal presented by respondent-plaintiff and passed the judgment in regard to possession.

Issue notice to the respondents no. 1 to 10 on the question of admission as well as interim relief, on payment of process fee within seven working days by both modes.

Notice be made returnable in four weeks. Record of the courts below be called for. Meanwhile parties are directed not to create third party interest in the

disputed property.
