Present file has come up in shape of PUD based on the office-note arising out of the typographical error crept in the final judgment dated 27.02.2021 while disposing of this second appeal.

The note points out that in the first paragraph, on first and second page of the judgment dated 27.02.2021 in SA No. 08/2021, the names of the first appellate Court as well as that of the trial Court have wrongly been mentioned as 'First Additional District Judge, Ganj Basoda, District Guna' and 'First Civil Judge Class-2, Guna', whereas the correct names are 'First Additional District Judge, Guna, District Guna' and 'Civil Judge Class-2, Aron, District Guna', respectively.

After perusing the record, it appears that the objection of the Registry is correct.

Accordingly, judgment dated 27.02.2021 passed in SA No. 08/2021 stands corrected to the extent of substituting the names of the first appellate Court as well as that of the trial Court as 'First Additional District Judge, Guna, District Guna' and 'Civil Judge Class-2, Aron, District Guna', instead of 'First Additional District Judge, Ganj Basoda, District Guna' and 'First Civil Judge Class-2, Guna', respectively, at first and second page of the said judgment.

Remaining part of the judgment shall remain intact. PUD stands accordingly disposed of.
