      Shri Manoj Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent.

Heard on I.A. No.3725/2021, which is an application for withdrawal of the appeal due to compromise arrived at between the parties.

The present appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband

- Amit Upadhyay challenging the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dewas in HMA No.169/2017 whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dewas has dismissed the petition preferred by the appellant under Section 13 (1)(A) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

During the pendency of this appeal, both the parties have filed the aforesaid compromise application along with their affidavits.

In compliance to the Court order dated 29.06.2021, the genuineness of the compromise has been verified by the Principal Registrar of this Court and he has submitted a report that the parties have entered into a compromise voluntarily without any threat, inducement and coercion. They have amicably resolved their disputes.

In light of the report submitted by the Principal Registrar as also the terms and conditions as stated in the application, I.A. No.3725/2021 stands allowed. The terms and conditions mentioned in the application shall be part of the order and decree.

Accordingly, I.A. No.3725/2021 stands disposed of and consequently, the present appeal also stands dismissed as withdrawn.
