         Heard through Video Conferencing.
         Shri Ravi Shankar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant.
         Heard on the question of admission.
         After considering the submissions made by the counsel for the
applicant and perusing the record, this Court is of the view that it is a fit case

for grant of leave to appeal.
         Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant is granted leave
to file an appeal against the judgment dated 16/4/2018 passed by JMFC,
Shivpuri in Case No.SCNIA/1000565/2016.
         The office is directed to register this case separately as a criminal
appeal.
         Heard on admission of criminal appeal.
         Arguable points are involved in the appeal, hence, it is admitted for
hearing.

         Let bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
Thousand) be issued to secure the presence of respondent on 1.9.2021.

This M.Cr.C. is finally disposed off. A copy of this order be kept in the record of the criminal appeal.
