Shri Lokendra Shrivastava, Counsel for State.
This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant from the
jail against the judgment dated 02.06.2018 passed by Second
Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge Ashok Nagar in Special
Sessions Case No.2/2017, by which the appellant has been convicted
for offence punishable under Section 376 (1)/511 & 450 of IPC and
Section ¾ of POCSO Act.
It appears that this appeal is being adjourned on account of
non-filing of vakalatnama by the counsel for the appellant.
Later on, the appellant had filed Criminal Appeal
No.10227/2019 against the same judgment and sentence which has
been dismissed today by a separate order by holding that during

maintainable.
However, it has been directed that vakalatnama of Shri
Rishikesh Bohare filed in Criminal Appeal No.10227/2019 be
transferred to this file after retaining the photocopy of the same in
the file of Criminal Appeal No.6378/2018.
Accordingly, Office is directed to reflect the name of Shri
THE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH CRA No.6378/2018 (GHUMAN AHIRWAR Vs THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH)
