of petitioners by 04.09.2019.Contempt petition is filed on 27.04.2021. Petitioners ought to have filed contempt petition within period of one year. Contempt petition filed by petitioners is barred by limitation as per judgment passed by Apex Court in Pallav Sheth Vs. Custodian and others; (2001) 7 SCC 549.
