This appeal has been filed on 16.09.2019 on behalf of appellant Bhagwandas @ Guddu.

It is pointed out by the appellant's counsel himself that previously Criminal Appeal No.1098/2009 was already filed on behalf of the appellant against the same judgment and the aforesaid appeal has been decided.

Upon verification through computer, it is found that the aforesaid appeal has been dismissed on 09.01.2013. Therefore, the second appeal against the same judgment is not tenable.

Hence, this appeal is dismissed.

One copy of the order be sent to the appellant through Jail Authority.
