Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad, Advocate for respondent No.3. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that in view of the

interim protection granted by this Court whereby the Court below was directed not to pronounce the final judgment, the final judgment has not come so far. He further submits that the suit is pending since 1999, therefore, the matter needs to be heard finally.

Taking into account the existing position in the case, the Registry is directed to list this case immediately after commencement of physical hearing in the Court.
