                                             Mr.V.S.Choudhary, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission
                                       to withdraw this appeal as during Covid-19 period he had filed this appeal on-
                                       line which have certain defaults/defects. In this appeal the respondents are not

noticed.

Learned counsel also submitted that appellant has filed separate another second appeal against the same judgment and decree which has been registered as S.A.No.1545/2020 and is listed today at Item No.96.1.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel is permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
