This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 21.8.2014 p as s ed by Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dindori (MP), in Special

S.T.No.10/2014, by which the appellant has been convicted for offence under Section 3763 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 2 years and fine of Rs.2000/-, Section 376(2)(i)(j)(k) and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years with fine of Rs.5,000/- and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, he is sentenced to undergo R.I. for 7 years and fine of Rs.5,000/-with default stipulation, on each count.

I.A.No.12746/2021, is received from Superintendent Central Jail Jabalpur (MP), wherein it is mentioned that accused/appellant has submitted an application in the office of Jail Superintendant, Central Jail Jabalpur (MP),

for withdrawal of appeal.
