By this appeal under Section 374 of Cr.P.C., the appellant Asharam has challenged the judgment of conviction dated 03.02.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Kannod by which the appellant Asharam has been convicted under Section 304 Part-II of IPC and sentenced to undergo 10 years R.I. with fine of S.10,000/- and default sentence of one year.

As per memo No.3626/2021 dated 05.12.2021, the jail superintendent, Central Jail, Ujjain has informed that appellant Asharam has already completed his jail sentence including the remission period and has been released on 18.04.2016.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this appeal to the extent the appellant Asharam is concerned, hence, the same is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

Record of the trial court be sent back with a copy of this order.
