for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed by order dated

23.10.2021

passed in M.Cr.C. No.48353/2021 with liberty to revive

the prayer along with complete copies of judgments/order sheets to

show the status of the previously instituted 10 criminal cases.

The applicant has been arrested on 26.08.2021 in connection

with Crime No.342/2021 registered by Police Station Raghogarh

Distt. Guna for offence punishable under Sections 34 (2), 49 (A) of

M.P. Excise Act.

The first bail application of applicant was dismissed with

liberty to revive the prayer along with complete copies of

judgments/order sheets to show the status of the previously instituted

10 criminal cases.

The present application has been filed without complying the

said condition.

Accordingly, Counsel for applicant seeks permission of this

Court to withdraw this application with liberty to revive the prayer

along-with copies of judgments/order-sheets to show the status of the
