At the outset, learned counsel for parties fairly submit that the controversy involved in this petition stands settled by the judgment of Delhi High Court passed in W.P. (C) 241/2018 (Sunaina Devi Samrak Shikshan Prashikshan Sansthan Vs. National Council For Teacher Education & Anr.) on 11th April, 2019.

In view of the aforesaid, the judgment so rendered shall apply mutatis mutandis to the facts of the case in hand.

As a consequence, impugned order dated 03.06.2019 (Annexure P/1) and notification (Annexure P/2) and order dated 04.12.2017 (Annexure P/3)

are hereby quashed with direction to respondents to consider the case of petitioner-institution.
