T he petitioner has filed the present contempt petition alleging non- compliance of the order dated 2.7.2010 passed in Writ Petition No. 71/2011.

O n being noticed the respondents have filed their reply, inter alia

submitting that the order passed by this Court was to decide the representation of the petitioner in the light of judgment in Sewakram Bhide and another v. State of M.P. and others (WP 5688/2005) and same having been complied with nothing now survives in the present petition. Copy of the order dated 8.2.2021 passed in compliance of the order dated 22.11.2020 passed by this Court is Annexure R-1.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse of law to redress his grievances.

In view of the above the the petition is dismissed.

Rule nisi is discharged.
