Shri Takmeel Nasir, learned counsel for respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the trial Court has heard the suit finally and the same is posted for delivery of judgment.

In view of the aforesaid, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to assail the grounds raised in this petition in appeal, if occasion arises.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
