Heard through Video Conferencing. As per jail report, appellant at present is undergoing 05 years jail sentence pursuant to the judgment rendered by the trial Court in Sessions

Trial No.65/2018. Appellant also stand convicted in Sessions Trial No.127/2018 under Section 420 and 409 of IPC and sentenced to suffer 03 years and 04 years R.I. with fine of Rs.2,000/- and 3,000/- with default clause respectively.

Learned counsel for the appellant prays for time to seek instructions in the context of aforesaid two cases and make submission.
