Ms. Moina Singh, learned counsel for the complainants.

Heard through video conferencing.

It appears that applicants have filed the instant application for

recording of compromise and quashment of the FIR and the connected

criminal revision against framing of charge. It further appears that in the

revision petition at the request of applicants and complainants factum of

compromise had been recorded by the Principal Registrar and the same is

on record of the said criminal revision.

In view of the aforesaid compromise arrived at and in the light of

the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of B.S.Joshi and

others Vs. State of Haryana and another, reported in (2003) 4 SCC 675

and upon consideration of the submissions advanced by learned counsel

for parties, this Court accepts the prayer for quashment of the FIR.

Accordingly, the FIR registered at Crime No.517/2016, Police Station,

Mhow, District Indore is hereby quashed.

The criminal revision and M.Cr.C.stand disposed of.
